[Job Description]

Support the projects for current customers  

(Routine sales/purchase, Daily work)

1.  Communication support for customers (by email, Telephone and customer visit)
2.  Support all jobs from product development until production control

         2-1. Product development (Spec. Proposal, Spec. fix)

         2-2. Project schedule control

         2-3. Price negotiation support

         2-4. Sales and purchase contract negotiation support

         2-5. Quality control (Take care of claim, rework)  

3.  Delivery documentation work

         3-1. Inventory control

         3-2. Receiving order / issuing order

Create new business with current customers

1. Sales activities:

         Product presentation

         RFQ receipt

         Product development support (product spec. proposal and alignment)

Overall communication support between Japan and Europe

1. Close communication with customers
2. Inform customer’s requirement to Tokyo office.     

          Report to the department manager.

3. Select the proper information for customer which given by Tokyo office, and relay  

         them to customers.

4. Attending visitors from Japan.

[Job Requirements]

-Driver license

-German: Native or Fluent on business level, English: Fluent on business level, Japanese: preferable
