General Tasks

-Customer support

-Need to do make several internal documents after received PO from customer

-Order inputting work after received PO by using a company specific operation system
-Shipment arrangement (forwarder arrangement, invoice/packing list making)

-Stock inventory

-Accounting related (collecting invoices from several company and send those to HQ, request HQ to pay for those)

-Document sending (invoices to accounting company, product catalogue to customer, etc)

-General affairs

Immediate challenges after joining (ex: the first 3 months)

-Make a knowledge and understanding of the products and technologies

-Try to understanding of basic business flow of the company

   (RFQ ~ orders - delivery - sales)

- Submission of business trip reports and daily communication, and Weekly report.


Overseas OJT (both China and Japan) will happen after 6 months trial periods

The next step (ex: joined 6 months later) 

-Customer follow-up



-University degree (Bachelor/Master)
-Driving license (B class)
-MS Office skills (advanced Excel knowledge required)

-German: Mother tongue or business fluent, English: Business fluent, Japanese would be a plus
