Contract Conditions:

Full time 38,5 hours/week – permanent employment


Your tasks:

  • Order processing: Transferring operative business into internal and external data systems including all corresponding documentation
  • Supply Chain Management support: Organization of off-takes and deliveries in cooperation with service providers and in line with biz partners’ expectations
  • Correspondence: verbal and written communication with customers and suppliers in German and English. Pro-active and verbal communication is not the exemption.
  • Risk management: Active overdue, Tax- and Overcredit monitoring including lively exchange with the referring corporate departments
  • Dunning: Creation, dispatch and follow up of reminders incl active feedback to the Team
  • Support of the sales staff in processing running business and handling of new business transactions
  • Clear customer focus and aiming for creating synergies for all involved sides
  • Master data input and master data maintenance
  • Filing
  • Conscientious implementation and execution of our internal rules and regulations

Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as wholesale and foreign trade clerk or comparable apprenticeship
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, written and spoken
  • Experience in import/export trade incl. documentation
  • MS Office user knowledge
  • A proactive, independent and well-structured way of working
  • Reliability and a pronounced team spirit
